I’m a chef, mum of 2, coffee junkie and book worm. I’m Northern Irish but have moved around a lot, and I now call East Belfast home. I write recipes, and write about foodie things in Belfast and the places I visit. I would describe my approach to food as “old school” – keep food as local and seasonal as you can… meat is a luxury and should be enjoyed in moderation… eat your vegetables! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! You get the idea. If your Granny said it, I’ll probably agree with it.
